Während unseres Aufenthalts auf Kreta haben wir bei Arkadi Car Autovermietung einen Hyundai i10 für zwei Tage gemietet und waren mit dem gesamten Ablauf rundum zufrieden. Die Anmietung vor Ort in Rethymnon verlief unkompliziert und schnell. Das Fahrzeug stand pünktlich bereit und die Abwicklung war einfach und transparent. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Flexibilität des Anbieters sowie die Tatsache, dass keine Kaution verlangt wurde – ein großer Vorteil und ein Zeichen für das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen gegenüber den Kunden. Der Hyundai i10 war zwar nicht das neueste Modell, befand sich aber in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Das Fahrzeug war sehr sauber, zuverlässig und hat uns während unserer Ausflüge auf Kreta problemlos begleitet. Genau das erwartet man von einem Mietwagen: ein sicheres und funktionierendes Fahrzeug ohne unnötige Komplikationen. Auch der Service war überzeugend. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und die gesamte Kommunikation angenehm unkompliziert. Besonders das faire Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorzuheben: Mit 55 € pro Tag war die Miete für die gebotene Leistung äußerst attraktiv. Insgesamt können wir Arkadi Car Autovermietung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Faire Preise, einfache Abwicklung, flexible Bedingungen und ein zuverlässiges Fahrzeug machen den Anbieter zu einer sehr guten Wahl für alle, die Kreta individuell erkunden möchten. 5 von 5 Sternen – wir würden jederzeit wieder hier ein Fahrzeug mieten.

Top service ! Je krijgt de wagen welke je huurt , geen ander model maar wel degelijk wat.je besteld. Wagen was in perfecte staat en alles was perfect geregeld . Volhende keer als we in Kreta zijn huren we zeker terug bij Arkadi !!!!! Alles was gewoon top !!!!

Great experience with Arkadi car rental (we hired a small car in May). They responded quickly to my online enquiry about car rental for 3 days and were very accommodating when I changed my mind and reduced the time to 2 days. We were collected from our hotel, the customer service was friendly and our small car was perfect for what we wanted, as well as being clean and a reasonable price. We took up the additional no risk insurance – only an extra 5€ a day. No additional large deposit to pay like some companies charge. Extremely efficient and fuss-free. They even called us soon after dropping the car back at the office to let us know we had left something in the glove box. The only negative is that I would prefer to collect the car and then return it with a full tank of petrol. It was very difficult to gauge how much petrol to put in to return it at the same level.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Fantastic experience!** We rented a VW Bus for our family holidays and everything was perfect. The team was incredibly friendly and professional, and they even provided child seats for us, which was a huge help. The entire process was seamless, communication was great, and the van was in top condition. On-site service was efficient and the price-performance ratio is excellent. Highly recommended!

Excellente expérience avec Arkadi Car Rental à Réthymnon ! Les prix sont très intéressants et, surtout, sans aucune mauvaise surprise puisque l’assurance tous risques est incluse. Le contrat est clair et transparent, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons loué une Nissan Micra à boîte automatique. Elle était parfaitement adaptée à notre séjour et s’est très bien comportée, y compris sur les routes de montagne. La prise en charge du véhicule a été très rapide, tout comme sa restitution. Enfin, le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel et agréable. Je recommande vivement ce loueur pour son sérieux, sa transparence et son excellent rapport qualité-prix.
